Wow. What a journey it has been. And Karim has been right there with us every step of the way. We were looking for a property in San Diego and we were open to nearly the entire county so I feel like we had a fairly large net. Over the course of nearly 4 months, Karim went into battle for us for every offer. We were in a crazy seller’s market, we grew frustrated and actually even lost hope at one point, but Karim stood firm and resolute and supported us through the finish line. Our offer was accepted on a home in Pacific Beach and Karim brought in his expert home inspector who discovered many issues with the property. Thankfully they saved us from making a terrible decision and we were able to back out of that escrow with a full refund of our deposit. We ultimately got our offer accepted on our dream property (yay!) but the appraisal fell short of our purchase price (yikes). Karim stepped right up to the plate and hit a home run after negotiating with the sellers and saved our deal. We then had troubles with the lenders. Karim kept the pressure on and they finally delivered just in time. I cannot rave enough about Karim’s services. He has the patience of a saint, he is unbelievably knowledgeable but explains the process so well and in layman’s terms, and he gets the job done! Highly recommend!!
